Allays being more AND less like pets.

I think that the allay should follow you around until you get 3-4 chunks away, and when an allay loses sight of it's owner it should fly around the chunk that it's in for about a minute. After this minute has passed, I feel that the allay should drop it's item and not be able to be "tamed" by the same player again. This could get rid of any big farms using the allay while also letting allays be connected to a note block longer (maybe an in-game day).

As allay are very rare,only to be found in certain places,they should be retamable after that minute has passed.
