Make turtle scutes easier to get or buff the turtle helmet

Turtle scutes Are absurdly annoying to get for their use for little benefit, I recommend making obtaining them much easier. The effort put into them isn't worth an iron helmet with 10 seconds of water breathing. This is why I suggest making it diamond tier armor (maybe with iron durability), you could also maybe buff it to 30 seconds of water breathing, and/or make eggs with magma adjacent to them hatch without a parent. 

 In my 10 years of playing, I have only ever had one in survival btw.
