Thirst Bar

There should be a thirst bar like the hunger bar that you can fill up by drinking a bottle of water that is already in the game. The thirst bar should go down faster when you sprint like the hunger bar. The thirst bar should also go down faster when you are in the nether.

    Unlike food, water bottles are more of a mid-game item than an early game one. How are you supposed to get then when you spawn in? Also I don't want another bar to keep track of and worry about.
