The borders of the screen seem to reflect the opposite part

I'm nit sure how to describe it, but when you turn on vibrant visuals and use any upscaling method, the bordering rows of pixels seem to display whats on the opposite side of the screen to them. The left side displays the right, the top displays the bottom and vice versa. It's more noticeable in handheld because that resolution is 1080p, but not as noticeable in docked mode. It's strange, but I hope you guys know what I'm talking about.
