Minecraft Marketplace Purchase Missing after Reinstalling

I previously purchased the Mizuno texture pack for Minecraft on my iPad using Apple payment. However, after deleting and reinstalling Minecraft, the texture pack now appears in My Library but asks me to purchase it again. I tried using the “Restore Purchases” option, but the game gets stuck on “We're restoring your purchases!” and only allows me to quit. I have already paid for this texture pack and would appreciate your help restoring my purchase without having to pay for it again. I can provide my Apple purchase receipt and screenshots if needed.
