Give Jukebox and Noteblock their own UIs

Suggested features:

1. Jukebox inventory & queue — Give the Jukebox a small inventory that stores music discs and plays them in a queue or randomly.

2. Note Block key & instrument selector — Let Note Blocks be configured with a specific key and instrument via a simple UI, instead of relying purely on placement material and right-click cycling.

Why this would help:

1. Make both blocks way more accessible — especially for newer players and Bedrock players.

2. Add potential for new redstone contraptions — automated playlists, sequenced songs, conditional music triggers.

3. Deepen the creative and technical depth of music — making noteblocks cheaper and more versatile, enabling players to make songs in survival worlds.
