Add an Optional Random Teleport (RTP) Command to Minecraft

Hello Mojang Studios,

I would like to suggest adding an optional Random Teleport (RTP) command to Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition.

This feature would allow players to teleport to a random location in the world, making exploration easier and helping players discover new biomes, structures, and places to build.

I think this feature would be especially useful for multiplayer survival servers, where players want to explore faraway areas without travelling long distances. It could include configurable teleportation limits, safety checks to prevent spawning inside blocks or dangerous locations, and options for server administrators to enable or disable it.

I understand that Minecraft already supports commands and that server owners can add RTP through plugins or mods. However, having an optional built-in RTP feature would make it more accessible to players using vanilla Minecraft.
