caves and cliffs 2

I am a huge Minecraft fan, but I feel like with all these new features being added, they seem rather small and not related to the game. like with the happy ghast and now the sift. I feel like a new layer of blocks, such as in between deepslate and stone, would be very interesting, maybe adding whole new structures and mobs. I love all the work you do, but some new features just seem like a mod. which is why I think a new layer of blocks is a good idea. it would add more block variants to build with, and make mining feel new again. plus, if you added a new cool structure like a buried temple or something, it would be awesome. I know your very busy, but I just thought you might like to hear my ideas.
