improved mine carts

Hello! Mine carts have been in the game for ages and it's still the same so why not add skins to it! Like creeper mine carts like Terraria and making carts faster (for camman18 happiness) and maybe more rails and a lot! Mine carts would be awesome if they got skin sand actually used

    Es una propuesta interesante pero tu ideas es muy simple y sin detalles, yo diría cosas como transportar objetos y cargar chunks para que no dependa del jugador presente
