Freezing water in ice caves and freezing protection potion

Currently in ice caves crevased are very easy to survive and pointless. You just fall trought ice into water and climb out, but there should be water what gives your freezing and is more dangerous. Freezing water should work like sulfur water if you add potent sulfur to water it makes nausea and becomes sulfur water but freezing water should work so that if you add packed ice then water becomes freezing water. Freezing water gives player freezing effect and also you become slower and slower if you are too much in it until you cant move anymore and start drowning and taking freeze damage. So now you can use new freezing protection potion what protects you from freezing like fire protection.
