With the new winter drop slowly coming out, I really like the textures/particles used for the potion of freezing effect. I feel like it would be a good idea to add a new Icicle block, that is only the size of one block (maybe even smaller), similar to the Spore Blossom, or the Firefly bush, that spreads the particles around a certain area. I feel like it would add more atmosphere to the Ice Caves and give players the opportunity to add more atmosphere to their winter themed builds. I just think the texture is too unique to only be seen after using a certain potion. I also think it wouldn't be something too crazy or complicated to add to the game, given we already have blocks similar to this. The first name that came to mind for a block like this would be something like "The Chilled Icicle", but I was never good with names so it could be whatever.
