Freezing water in winter drop

With brittle ice being confirmed to be coming in the latest game drop, I'd love to see hypothermic water. Potent ice or Blu ice coudk spawn in pools of water which spawn in ice caves as well as snowy plains, frozen river and other above ground biomes too. When potent/blue ice is placed the surrounding area of water (not just surface) is now freezing. When a player enters freezing water they get the freezing affect. Freezing water has a clear blue shean rather than dark blue texture. Brittle ice often spawns on top of it
