# Feature Suggestion: Armor HUD Display
I would like to suggest a new feature for Minecraft: an Armor HUD Display inspired by mods such as Uku's Armor HUD.
This feature would display the player's equipped armor directly on the screen, showing the helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots.
Each armor piece would have its own durability bar displayed next to or underneath it. The bars would update in real time whenever the armor takes damage, allowing players to see how much durability each piece has left without opening their inventory.
The durability bars could change color depending on the remaining durability, for example, green when the armor is in good condition, yellow when it is getting damaged, and red when it is close to breaking.
Players could customize the HUD's position and size or disable it entirely in the settings.
This feature would be especially useful during combat, PvP, and survival gameplay, as players could quickly check their armor durability and know when a piece of armor is about to break.
The goal is to bring a useful feature currently available through mods into vanilla Minecraft, making the game more convenient while keeping its original gameplay intact.
