Dear Mojang team,
I thought the reveal of the new Demention was fantastic, it looks like you've put an awful lot into this one and it looks visually stunning and my friend and I are very much looking forward to this later on!
I just wondered if the sift would have a 'fragile environment and ecosystem mechanism' so to speak;
What I mean by this is, through the Overworld, as beautiful as it is, there isn't much encouragement to protect the land, as, at the end of the day, that area you've used to harvest sand for all your windows or that woodland you chopped down for your massive mansion, doesn't have much in terms of repercussions, you can simply move on and find another spot.
I know kindness and care to others and the animals around you are big messages throughout minecraft, I just thought with the current state of our real world with human destruction, whether implementing this fragile ecosystem onto the sift could be another message about the importance of looking after the world we live in.
Chopping too many trees down in the overworld has limited issues, now in the sift you could risk wiping out vegetation, animals or potentially corrupting that area if the player isn't consciously trying to mitigate the effects of what they are taking from this world.
Perhaps the system can be implemented on survival, allowing creativity whilst giving survivors more of a cognitive challenge of 'I want these materials but how do I maintain the place I'm collecting them from?'
