Igloos in real life are built with bricks of snow usually, and with the ice caves making packed ice decently more convenient to harvest, there should be bricks made from it too, as ice carving into even structures is also a thing that happens. that and we are rather lacking in good blue/white bricks. with the best thing available being quartz which are slightly yellow, and as a result don't work well in many scenarios. I've been hoping for a blockset tied to packed ice and snow for a long while, and now is finally the time where it makes the most sense!
