Let us dye a banner.

As we can dye a FULL BED with one piece of dye, I think it's realistic to let us dye a banner the same way in a crafting table

    you can color banner by flat color I believe, but it takes you one "pattern slot"
    indeed would be nice if we could change base collors of banners without using up whole pattern slot, as well as clean colorful banners to get white ones
    also unnaming option for illager banners (and items in general) would be nice
