Changing the banner recipe

Now that wool slabs exist, I request that the banner recipe be changed to using wool slabs instead of full wool blocks; as a banner is really just a thin sheet of wool.

    perhaps it should use carpets instead and we should get ton more carpets per crafting recipe, I find it kinda absurd of 2 blocks we get just 3, especially now when of 3 blocks we get 6 slabs, 3 carpets dont give even single block in volume by far, we should get like 16
