Giant sunflower biome

I think it would be cool if there was a chance for a variant of the sunflower biome to generate with giant sunflowers like how mushrooms can be grown with bonemeal. When mojang first announced that a sunflower biome was being added to minecraft I thought it would be with massive sunflowers towering over you like how it kind of feels to walk through a field of them in real life. Some varieties can grow over 9 feet tall! Anyways, after how long it has been since sunflowers were added, this hasn’t left my mind.
