New Elder Guardian Potion of Mining Fatigue

Make the Elder Guardian drop an item that's similar to Heart of the Sea, but grey with an orange eye in the centre. It will be called "Mining Fatigue Eye". It can be brewed into a thick potion to get this potion of Mining Fatigue. This can be then brewed with gun powder to make a splash potion of Mining Fatigue. If you brew a Glow Stone powder into the potion, it'll give you potion of Mining Fatigue II.
