Ocean update part 2 (please vote)

Add frozen oceans with new mobs, deep oceans with new mobs there, add a diving suit, a submarine, tools, maybe even a boss. I have an idea for an ore for this update: oceanite. This ore is better than gold but worse than diamond, however, it can be used to craft the ocean cannon, using a Heart of the Deep (a drop from a mob – Deep Walkers), redstone, and oceanite to make this cannon that shoots strong waves of water that push mobs, and if used underwater, releases electricity paralyzing mobs. Also make redstone for the water and other redstone devices designed to work on aquatic things. There could be much more in this update.
