Hello Microsoft/Minecraft Team,
I’m writing this with a genuinely heavy heart. I’m very sad to see that the regional pricing for Minecraft in Pakistan has been removed.
For a long time, I had been saving my pocket money specifically to buy the Standard Edition of Minecraft for **₨3,149**. It was affordable for me, and I was really excited that I would finally be able to purchase the game officially with my own saved money.
But today, when I checked the price and saw that it had increased to around **₨9,849 (about $35 USD)**, I was honestly heartbroken. This is not only much more expensive than the previous Pakistani price, but it is also even higher than the **$29.99 USD** standard price in the United States.
I completely understand that pricing decisions are difficult and that Microsoft has to consider many factors. However, regional pricing exists to make games affordable for players in countries where the average purchasing power is different.
Please, Microsoft, consider bringing back the **same ₨3,149 regional price for Minecraft in Pakistan**, or at least restoring a similar affordable regional price. There are many Pakistani players who genuinely want to purchase Minecraft officially but simply cannot afford the new price.
I saved my pocket money because I wanted to support Minecraft officially. I really hope you will listen to players like me and reconsider the removal of regional pricing in Pakistan.
Please bring back the affordable Pakistani price. ❤️
