The Ability to call horses with goat horns

I think it would be cool if you could like rightclick a goathorn on a horse and then next time ou call with the horn the horse will pathfind to you if its in your simulation distance (or like teleport into your simulation distance, like not right infront of you but like some blocks away so it still looks like the horse walked far to get there like how in "The Witcher 3" Anyways this would be a really cool feuture if it got added and would make horses less useless...
