Expand Banners: Ceiling placement, horizontal flags and glow ink support

Banners are great for decoration, but their placement options are very limited. Here is a way to improve them: Allow placing banners on ceilings hanging downwards. Allow placing banners horizontally as flags, using sticks to extend the poles. Allow placing banners on boats to act as sails.
