Request for Assistance – Minecraft Aurora Cape Redemption Code Unavailable

Hello Minecraft Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding the Minecraft Aurora Cape Twitch Drops campaign.

I completed the required tasks, and the Aurora Cape reward appeared in my Twitch Drops inventory. However, when I attempted to redeem it, I received an error stating that the redemption code was unavailable.

I contacted Twitch Support, and they informed me that all available redemption codes for the campaign had likely been claimed due to high demand. They also explained that Twitch cannot issue additional codes and advised me to contact the game developer directly.

I understand that the campaign was subject to limited code availability. However, I completed the requirements and received the reward in my Twitch inventory, but I was unable to obtain a redemption code.

Could you please clarify whether additional redemption codes may be released, or whether there is any alternative way for eligible players affected by this issue to receive the Aurora Cape?

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or clarification you can provide.

  I have been trying since the start of the campaign, but I still haven't been able to claim the Aurora Cape on Twitch. It is very frustrating. I understand that issues can arise during a massive surge in traffic, so I would like to politely ask the Minecraft Support Team to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your time.
