Add "The Lick" to Copper Horns

If you're going to have a jazzy instrument, you might as well add the famous jazz cliché "The Lick" to add yet another way to play this iconic tune.

    I feel that this won't happen as majority of the devs probably aren't into jazz enough to know about the lick, but it will do the music minecraft community much good having it
