Sift magic Tool Silk Touch

In recent years Minecraft has added various new biomes and with new biomes comes new colors of grass block,grass , water, other leaf types and shades, and many more biome exclusive blocks. These blocks have different look in different biomes. Eg: new orange grass and grass block in poplar tree biome. The new variations are cool but I can't take them back to other biomes limiting the use case of such amazing shades of the block. What if a new tool or enchantment comes in upcoming update which would allow these blocks to be selectively picked and placed in other biomes while carrying the same shade as where it was picked up from. The sift being a magical new dimension could open gates for such new enchantments and exclusive new tools with new distinct use case. Enchantment here should be better option as it could be applied on buckets to pick up the water texture. Eg: the dirty texture of water in swamp. This new enchantment can be exclusive and only obtainable from sift soul magic books or new bench of some sorts which enable new better enchantments. Call it Silk Touch 2 or Soul Touch or whatever. But please add this. As the new grass and other varients of blocks adds a lot of variety and creates explorating the world worth it cause you can bring back new and different texture blocks which were exclusive to a biome to your home. This will allow creative minds to fully enjoy the game.
