Moths To A Flame

The idea is simple, a new item crafted from End Rods that attracts Phantoms like "Moths To A Flame." This would also be fitting into the gameplay loop, you get to The End, discover End Cities, and there you find an Elytra and collect some End Rods. Then you get home and make this new item which attracts Phantoms, and provides an easier way to build during the night and an easier way to farm Phantom Membranes.
