As we Minecraft Players know, chainmail armor is an obtainable armor in the game, but cannot be crafted. However, chainmail has potential to be so much more than an armor that grants in total 11 armor points. Taking inspiration by my Brother’s Idea and expanding it, I believe Chainmail Armor could be improved by giving it a unique purpose: allowing players to wear it as a secondary layer of armor over other armor sets. For example a player could put on chainmail armor then put on leather armor over it which will increase the armor points slightly. One issue with chainmail armor is that it cannot be crafted. Fortunately I have a solution which is a crafting recipe for Chainmail armor. To craft chainmail armor is by mining iron ore, smelt it into an iron ingots, then turning the Iron ingots into Iron nuggets, and using the Iron nuggets to make chainmail armor. I also believe Chainmail armor should have a weaker variant and a stronger variant to give players more options. Golden chainmail armor would be the weaker variant, its crafting recipe would be gold nuggets which makes it relatively easy to obtained but providing less protection. Gilded Chainmail armor would be the stronger variant, how a player obtains it is by combining Chainmail and Golden Chainmail together to create this stronger variant. This rewards players who invested their resources into upgrading equipment. Armor points per piece, Chainmail - 0.50, Golden Chainmail - 0.25, and Gilded Chainmail - 0.75
