Since the new Frozen Caves drop introduces freezing mechanics, we need a new melee enchantment (like Fire Aspect but for ice).
• How it works: Each hit stacks layers of the freezing effect on the enemy.
• Levels: Higher levels make the freezing effect stack faster or become more effective, slowing down fast mobs and giving players better crowd control.
