1000% yes. This is a MUST, in my opinion. The current low cap discourages experimentation and trying new builds.

It can also leave you accidentally without any shards or enchants (often your survivability in many builds) if you're stuck mid-respec, but that specific problem might have other solutions worth considering.

So much yes ! When you seek for the perfect effect and get stopped because you got unlucky and has to go back farming before finishing your build it's anoying. The cap should be at least at 9.999, it's going up really fast when you lvl100.

The current Echo Shard limit is definitely far too low. You can easily reach the 100-shard cap during a single normal play session — I’ve already hit the cap multiple times, and it can happen within just 2–3 hours, or even faster if you actively focus on farming Shards.

The bigger problem is that the low cap actually discourages normal gameplay. I’ve often reached the cap naturally while simply progressing through the game, and once I’m full, killing enemies that can drop Echo Shards becomes pointless. I’ve found myself avoiding stronger enemies, minibosses, and Soul-corrupted enemies because there is simply no benefit to fighting them if I’m already at 100 Shards. Aside from XP, I’m effectively wasting time and potential drops.

On top of that, it’s very easy to spend the entire amount in a single visit to the village. Enchantments, rerolling the shop, etc. can quickly consume all 100 Shards. This makes farming Echo Shards feel almost pointless, because you constantly have to stop what you’re doing, return to the village, and spend them just to make room for more.

I think the limit should be at least 500, and 1000 would be even better. Ideally, I’d prefer there to be no cap at all, but even increasing it to 500 or 1000 would make farming and collecting Echo Shards feel much more worthwhile.

The current 100-shard limit doesn’t just limit how much we can store — it actively limits how we play the game.

We absolutely need a higher cap, or maybe even no cap at all. It feels very annoying that you are basically forced to constantly use your echo shards since doing anything with 100 feels like a waste. Also the rerolling costs go up to 20 shards per reroll which is insane when you can only hold up to 100 at a time.
