Overhauls Minecraft's static sky into an immersive, lag-free ecosystem.
1. Client-Side Dynamic Sky
Clouds generate as 3D block structures. Rain and sky darkening render strictly client-side for players beneath dark clouds. Player A under the cloud sees the storm; Player B outside sees a clear sky, viewing Player A under a localized rain front. Flying into clouds creates a low-opacity white fog without solid blocks.
2. Regional Weather & Accessibility
Cold biomes trigger blizzards and freezing. Deserts feature thin clouds without rain. Lightning strikes at cloud height without full-screen white flashes. Thunder sound scales by distance. No destructive disasters occur.
3. Weather Balloon (Entity)
A floating entity tied to fences. It rises to analyze the sky and periodically drops a "Weather Report" book that floats down. The book lists temperature, freeze risks, and cloud density.
4. Redstone Connector (Wireless Receiver)
A block that tunes into a specific Weather Balloon's ID. It emits wireless Redstone power scaled by storm size:
- Clear skies: Weak signal (1-5), for short distances.
- Large storms: Strong signal (6-15), for longer distances.
Connected to Redstone Lamps, lights brighten gradually as storms grow, automating smart village lighting. Connected to Noteblocks, strong signals trigger localized audible weather alarms.
