Hello
I have an idea that I’d like to see implemented in the Minecraft Bedrock Marketplace.
My idea is that we, as players, should have the option to try out—or get a 10-minute free trial of—any add-on we’re thinking of buying. Since, like many players—and as happened to me—we often buy an add-on that looks good but ends up being the complete opposite.
Experience with an add-on:
I recently bought an add-on that adds furniture and some items to my world. However, when I tried out the add-on after I’d already PURCHASED it, I realized it didn’t meet my expectations and didn’t quite win me over. Now I’ve wasted 430 Minecoins on an add-on that isn’t even well-made and, on top of that, doesn’t seem to be fully finished. It has several issues, such as the textures—some items are in 3D, but others either aren’t modeled at all or have texture glitches.
The design of the bed and other items looks good, but they’re not that great; there are literally other, better add-ons that cost 430 Minecoins or more.
Tha’s why I’m saying that, at the very least, let us have the option to try out add-ons before buying them—to check them out, test them, and see if they’re worth the money or not.
I’d also like the option to get a refund if I don’t like the add-on, because otherwise it would be a waste of money on something I don’t even like.
Please, I hope this message reaches you and that you can do something about it.
