tracking enchantment

there should be an enchantment, only found in chests in places like the deep dark biome, it should be put on a bow, making any arrow you shoot after 5 blocks, change directions and follow the closest mob/player. it should not be compatible with mending, infinity, or flame so you cannot have an overpowered bow. this arrow should only follow the mob for 2 seconds for level 1, 2.5 seconds for level 2, and 3 seconds for level 3.
