Snow under flowers please

This icy update is the perfect time to fix this oversight. Snow everywhere, but below poppies - green green grass.

Flowers don't even have to be snowlogged, nah, far too difficult. There is a simple solution - grass below should just get "snowy" flag during worldgen. That's all it takes.

    I like this idea! Even though I would prefer snowlogging, making sure snowy grass below all flowers, fences and leaf litter would be quite immersive.
