Ice / Freezing Aspect Enchantment for 26.4 Winter Drop

The Winter Update for 26.4 includes the freezing effect and iceballs. This would be the perfect update to introduce a "Freezing Aspect" Enchantment for Swords. This would work similarly to the Fire Aspect enchantment. The effect could freeze and slow down mobs when attacked. 

This could pathe the way down the track for more Elemental Aspects

  I like this idea, but what about:

  Skiing: Reduces the friction of ice blocks and when sliding while crouching Has the opposite effect
