blue ice stops icicle melting

Placing icicles on a blue ice block stops it from melting even when lit up. This way, icicles can still be used for traps when placed on other blocks, but can also be decoration on blue ice since blue ice is colder.

    Could be nice for when building with icicles but still want to keep them from falling.

    This was my main concern when they mentioned this feature. Though, I have to admit that I don't find the current icicle design very appealing for decor in the first place, the disconnect between the base and the main icicle is somewhat jarring.
