Snow logging and white spruce leaves

These are two features that are both in Bedrock addition but are absent from Java. They make the atmosphere a lot nicer and snow placement consistent. This parity change should've been implemented a long time ago, but now is the perfect opportunity (theme-wise) to add this feature.

    I totally agree snowy leaves should be added. I wonder if it being its own leaf type (so it could be placed anywhere) would fit Java better.

    Snow logging would be a game changer for players who love building in snowy biomes. Also, this update would be perfect for snowy shrubs. Snowy bushes would be so good!

    My favorite implementation of this is a half-way from the all-white leaves, instead layering a snowy texture on the side of the leaves (similar to what is done now with dirt).

    As long as there's ways to prevent leaves from becoming white/snowy if a Player so decides.
