Parched, Frostbite, and Ice Balls integrated into Trial Chambers

The new undead variants should be added for their ability to add effects that no other mob in the Trial Chambers can, and also to be consistent with the Stray, Bogged, and Husk. Ice Balls I also think can be added to Dispensers to either be used against players or mobs much like how Wind Charges and Fire Charges are.

    Totally agree, especially the mobs. Maybe the Freezing potions/arrows could be implemented to the trials too?
