Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Exploding Pumpkins and Melons

When shooting a melon or pumpkin with an arrow, the pumpkin/melon would explode in an explosion of particles. It wouldn’t break blocks, but it would knock entities near it back. This would be very useful for mini games and map makers, and gives more uses to pumpkin and melon blocks.

    What? That doesn't make sense. It would be cool if shooting melons and pumpkins made them break with a burst of particles, but having it knockback entities wouldn't make much real sense. That would mean that the exploding gourd would have a ton of force behind it, and since they're not filled with gunpowder or some other explosive energy, there's no realistic reason for it.

    Perhaps when shot, they break, dropping the item and displaying particles. Similar to Chorus Flowers. But, when you shoot a Jack-o-Lantern, it also has flame particles and can burn mobs that stand too close.
