Cannot redeem Minecraft Dungeons II Twitch Cape codes

Hello Minecraft Support, I am opening this ticket because I am unable to get the rewards I earned. I watched the required streams for both capes. For the Corrupted Creeper Cape, I got the error 'Redemption code is unavailable'. Since that event is now over, the drop has disappeared from my Twitch inventory. I am experiencing the exact same error right now with the new Aurora Cape on Twitch. Because of a website error, I am unable to attach screenshots to this ticket, but the error message states that codes are unavailable. Could you please look into this and provide a solution?

I have the same issue and I opened two tickets with Minecraft support and they closed both and said it was past the "event time".
