Fix sandstone stairs bottom texture in Java Edition to match Bedrock

Currently, the texture on the bottom of the sandstone stairs in Bedrock Edition does not match Java Edition. In Java Edition, the bottom of the stairs correctly displays the side pattern of the sandstone block. Please change Bedrock Edition's texture to match Java Edition so that the bottom shows the side pattern as well.
