Hello Minecraft Support,
I need help with the Aurora Cape Twitch Drop for Minecraft Dungeons II.
On October 2, 2026, I watched an eligible LIVE Minecraft Dungeons II stream for more than 15 minutes. My total Minecraft Dungeons II watch time is now around 2 hours. The streams had Drops Enabled and clearly advertised the Aurora Cape.
However, the Aurora Cape campaign never appeared in my Twitch Drops & Rewards or Drops Campaigns, and there was never any watch-progress bar. I also checked around five different eligible streams, but the progress never appeared.
This is NOT a “code unavailable” error. The campaign and progress never appeared on my account in the first place.
I contacted Twitch Support. They told me that the Aurora Cape codes were claimed faster than expected and the campaign ended early. However, when I asked exactly when the codes ran out, Twitch said they do not have that information. They also said rewards were first-come, first-served.
Could you please confirm whether the Aurora Cape codes had already been completely depleted on October 2, 2026?
If they had not, could you investigate why my eligible watch time was never recorded and whether my reward can still be honored?
