Make the aurora cape actually available

Twitch says that they ran out of codes to give for the aurora cape, the event is supposed to last another 2 weeks and yet no one can receive a cape from twitch now? This false scarcity is ridiculous. Please make it so if someone completes the requirements during the event they can actually get their reward instead of making them jump through hoops only to find out that they were a day too late.
