Snow Squalls in Winter Biomes

Snow squalls would limit visibility and function as thunderstorms for frigid biomes, and they would make snowy biomes extra dangerous. Maybe they are rare on Normal Mode and more common on Hard Mode. They could even have unique mobs spawn in them, like some snow monster, or a hostile golem mob.
