Aurora Cape Twitch Drop – Redemption Code Unavailable

I completed the required Twitch watch time for the Aurora Cape. The cape appears in my Twitch Drops & Rewards inventory, but when I try to claim it, I get the error: “Redemption code is unavailable. Please try again later.”

I have already completed the watch requirement and have attached a screenshot of the error. Please help me receive my redemption code.
