Iceologer should be added to the next game drop, the Winter Update. He wouldn't spawn just on the Ice Spikes biome, but he would spawn on the ice caves too and, on this case, he wouldn't generate the ice from the sky to throw on ot's opponents, but he would pluck it from the cave's roof. He could plucks icicles, too.
