Cooldowns are artifacts in general need to be higher, and passive soul regeneration should be higher too. Twisted tooth needs to be nerfed. What's the point of soul costs and cooldowns if you can just throw on a talisman and increase your status length to ignore them? No fun and no challenge in being overpowered. Builds shouldn't be about one shotting bosses, they should be actually strategic and still balanced enough to have a challenge.

    Enchantments:
I am pretty sure that the health synergy and bottomless brew are overpowered, and all the wave enchantments should be balanced, not sure why some deal more damage than others it's just a clear unbalance.

There is probably a lot of overpowered stuff that I missed along with underpowered things. The game is more fun when you can't one shot bosses. I shouldn't be defeating bosses on hard mode in one use of all 3 artifacts. If you want to one shot bosses than play easy mode, but otherwise the game should be challenging and fun. It could also be called to have some sort of nightmare or super hard mode. I love this game and it's very fun I just hope it gets balanced.

An example of underpowered artifact would be the new corrupted beacon

Ocelots paw should be buffed and Fist of Iron should be nerfed, why would you even choose ocelots paw over first of iron if they both do 35% more damage? The thrifty talisman should be nerfed.

Warding chimes could also not let you deal damage while using them

The stealth effect is also useless, you can literally just gain more time in stealth by increasing positive status effect lengths which you can lengthen pretty much double compared to stealth increase. Positive status effect increase effects need to be nerfed, stealth should be buffed, and I think shadow cloaking should deal more damage when exiting it.

Also literally what is the point of projectile protection? Just use normal protection effect and it'll give the same protection plus to all other damage. Protection/evasion effects need to be nerfed and then projectile protection buffed.

I agree with fixing broken things like the grindstone elemental damage thing but not really with a lot of the rest of it.  One of the fun things in the first game was messing with builds to create situations like being almost no potion and artifact cooldown.  Of course, you had to try harder to earn it by getting equipment with the right combination of enchantments.  I see no problem at all with being able to create builds that make the game easy; that's one of the things that makes games like this enjoyable (but especially if you have to earn it).

Rather than decreasing options for other people, it seems like being able to adjust enemy level scaling would be a better solution (along with fixing anything truly broken).

There also seems to be some really weird scaling in this game where a number is kept in the background for what your power level should be that keeps growing, and even if your power level is kept the same, items that drop keep increasing in level, and enemies seem to keep getting more powerful to match this background number that might be a lot higher than your actual power level.

I disagree with your comment, if you want the game to be super easy and one shot bosses then you can set the difficulty to easy. But to create challenge and strategic builds, hard mode shouldn't be about one shotting bosses. Hard mode still feels too easy, the game like majority of other games in the genre should be about complex and deep builds instead of asking how else can I one shot this boss?
