I think we need an update to our oceans biomes, and an update kelp forest and/or the addition of seagrass meadows would be a good idea. These habitats in real life are incredibly important to our planet, and having them in-game could help spread awareness to these rich ecosystems. We could include sea otters, which would swim similar to the dolphins and would hunt urchins the same way foxes hunt chickens in-game. This would open the light of too many sea urchins destroying kelp forests on our planet, and why otters are a keystone species. You could also breed them with “raw urchin” or something similar. They could also occasionally be found holding nautilus shells. Seagrass meadows, on the other hand, could bring sharks (like bonnetheads or nurse) to the game, which would hunt turtles (which could be more prominent in these meadows as they graze there in real life) and would be considered a neutral mob—as in they don’t attack unless provoked, like bees. Both biomes would also be home to new fish varieties, and could occasionally inhabit seahorses. Kelp forests would have less light than other ocean biomes, whereas seagrass meadows can be closer to the surface (like be shallower waters) and therefore have much more light intake. “Sunken traps” could also be found in these biomes and when opened are found to have things such as fish, urchin, moss, seagrass, roe, or other things in them. Roe could be added as a result of breeding fish w/ seagrass as food (or bait in traps).
