My progression got bugged

I beat the redstone monstrosity in the sift and went to play multiplayer. I joined a lobby where they were in the final boss fight and I got the achievement and rewards. Now my actual save is bugged and I can no longer progress. I have no way of unlocking some areas and it would be nice if there were a way to replay quests or play any quest you want once completing the game, in case this happens to anyone else or you simply just want to replay the quest. This bug happened on October 2nd on the disc version for PlayStation 5.
