Allow Steam Deck users to link Microsoft accounts [No Java/Bedrock rewards]

Users on the Steam Deck are currently unable to link a Microsoft account within the game, unlike other platforms. This makes it impossible to have the Java/Bedrock edition pre-order rewards applied to users' accounts, and carry MCD2 progress between devices.
